About Hollywood Hills

The Hollywood Hills are comprised of so many distinct neighborhoods. On the local Multiple Listing Service when I’m searching for property or entering a listing, my two main choices are “Hollywood Hills West” or “Hollywood Hills East”.

Using a Hollywood Hills West search I will find homes in the following neighborhoods of Sunset Hills, The Bird Streets, Lookout Mountain, Sunset Plaza, Laurel Canyon, Mount Olympus and even Nichols Canyon.

Hollywood Hills East search will yield results in the neighborhoods of Hollywood Dell, Beachwood Canyon, Hollywoodland and Lake Hollywood.

The Hollywood Hills, collective, is a treasure trove of properties and where old Hollywood history amalgamates with new, sleek and sexy Hollywood. From the secluded canyon “tree-house” to the modern architectural glass box with explosive views from downtown LA to Santa Monica and all the way out to Catalina in the distance.

If these hills could talk, what a story they would tell!
